1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Squenn. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Squenn platform (squenn.com), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must refrain from using the Squenn platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and Squenn as the platform operator. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide which also forms part of the overall agreement between you and Squenn.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the Squenn platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Not be on any self-exclusion list or subject to any gambling prohibition imposed by any authority.

• Never had a Squenn account previously terminated due to a breach of terms.

Squenn reserves the right to request documentary proof of your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Squenn account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or identity card numbers — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without notice and without payment of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details you will need to provide include:

• Full name as stated on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad)
• A valid Identity Card (IC) number
• An active Malaysian mobile phone number
• An active and accessible email address
• Accurate date of birth

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Squenn will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact Squenn's support team immediately.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Squenn supports the following local Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

All winning withdrawals at Squenn are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification (a copy of your MyKad and proof of ownership of your chosen payment method).

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

8Account Suspension & Termination

Squenn reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Failure to verify identity within the stipulated timeframe.
• Legal compliance requirements or instructions from a regulatory authority.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting Squenn's support team. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances after meeting wagering requirements will be returned to the member's original payment method within 7 business days.

9Responsible Gaming
